What is included in the rent?The rent includes the price of living, use of household and electronic appliances, cleaning and change of bedding and towels once every 5 days, utilities, local telephone calls.
Does the price depend on the number of guests?No. The number of guests is usually limited only with the number of sleeping places.
Where and when do I receive the keys to the apartment?During the check-in, after payment for at least two days of stay.
Are the prices indicated on the site fixed?The price of rent depends on the current market demand and the duration of stay. Usually, the demand for daily rent of apartments increases in the holidays season and at the time of big events (exhibitions, conferences, etc.)
If you are planning to stay over 5 days, discount may be given.
When the complete payment should be done?Upon arrival. If you are not sure, how many days you will stay, please pay for the period that you are sure. However, if you pay for the period less than 5 days, you are not eligible for discount.
If reservation is cancelled, will prepayment be refunded?If the reservation is cancelled at least 3 days before the expected check-in date, prepayment is refunded 100%. If the reservation is cancelled 2 days before, prepayment is refunded 70%. If reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the expected check-in, prepayment is not refunded.
What if the guest does not speak Russian or Kazakh?Don’t worry, all employees of the company, including drivers, can speak English.
